Hal Rayle is an actor and voice actor, best known for his roles as in Transformers (Sharpnel, Snarl, Pipes, Skuxxoid, Sweep, Primacron), G.I. Joe (Deep Six, Adm. Ledger), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Raphael), Predator 2 (The Predator), Spiral Zone (Max Jones, Benjamin Davis 'Ben' Franklin, Rawmeat), Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light (Arzon, Wisdom Owl) and Bionic Six (Bob, Eric Bennet, Eric Bennett).
